Mobile consent, phone-nativeThe participant surface. In this demonstration it does one thing: it shows a consent being read and signed on the participant's own phone, handed off from the console by QR.

How it opens. The console issues a consent hand-off as a QR code. Scanning it opens this surface straight on the participant's consent — there is no sign-in, and no account to create.

What to look for:

Each consent is granted separately — research testing is required, communications is optional
Every claim is attested on its own, not bundled into one "I agree"
The signature is typed, and the statements carry their version
Nothing is pre-ticked — every box starts empty and must be affirmatively checked

In the live portal the signature returns to the clinic's record as it happens. Here the two surfaces run independently, so this shows the participant's side of the handoff.
