Terms of use
demo-terms-v0-placeholder · acknowledged at signupWhat this is
This site is a sales demonstration of the MyBloodQ Molecular Baseline Pattern Program Portal, provided so you can evaluate the product. It is not a clinical system. It does not process real specimens, it is not connected to any production environment, and nothing you do in it has any effect outside it.
Everything here is synthetic
Every participant, clinician, clinic, specimen, order, manifest and result in this demonstration is invented. No value shown is a measurement of a real person. Nothing you enter becomes a medical record or is treated as clinical data, and nothing you enter is kept after your visit.
Research Use Only
The program this portal supports is investigational and clinician-mediated. Nothing in this demonstration is a diagnosis, a screening result, or medical advice. Nothing here may be used to make a decision about anyone's health, and nothing here may be represented to anyone else as capable of doing so.
Your access
Access is granted by an access code issued by a Person Health representative. Your account is personal to you: do not share your account or your access code. Accounts and access codes may be deactivated or revoked at any time, at our discretion and without notice.
What you may not do
Do not probe, scan or interfere with the demonstration or the infrastructure it runs on. Do not attempt to reach functions or data beyond those presented to you. Do not copy, scrape, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of it, and do not use it to develop a competing product.
Confidentiality
This demonstration and everything in it — its interfaces, workflows, copy, and the way the program operates — is confidential and proprietary to Person Health. It is shown to you so that you can evaluate the product. Do not copy it, publish it, share screenshots or recordings of it, or give anyone else access to it.
What belongs to whom
The demonstration, its interfaces, workflows, copy and underlying software belong to Person Health and its licensors. Being given access does not transfer any right in them.
Availability and changes
The demonstration is provided as-is and as available. It may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time. We make no warranty that it will be error-free or continuously available, and we accept no liability for any decision made on the basis of anything shown in it.
[Limitation of liability and governing law to be supplied by counsel.]Privacy notice
demo-privacy-v0-placeholder · acknowledged at signupWhat this covers
This notice covers the information the demonstration collects about you, the person evaluating it. It does not describe how the live product handles participant data — that is a different system and a different notice.
What we collect
- The name, email address and company you enter at signup.
- Which access code you redeemed, so your visit is attributable to the representative who issued it.
- When you signed up, when you were last active, and how many times you have signed in.
- The shared secret your authenticator app uses to generate your sign-in codes.
What we do not collect
Nothing clinical is stored. The demonstration's prospects, orders, specimens, manifests, consents and results exist only in your browser for the length of your visit and are discarded when you reload the page. They are never written to a server, and they are not connected to any live system. We do not collect health information about you.
Why we collect it
To control access to a demonstration that is not public, and so that a Person Health representative can follow up with you about the product.
Who sees it
Person Health staff holding admin rights on this demonstration. Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
[Retention period to be set and confirmed by counsel.]Your choices
Ask the representative who issued your access code to have your account revoked and your signup record removed.
